Rental & Cancellation Policies

All rates are based on 1-2 persons. Extra person charge is $10.00/person/day. Children under 12 stay free.

ALL reservations require 50% down at time of booking with the remaining balance due at arrival. This will be charged to the credit card submitted.

Cancellation Policy: We require ALL cancellations to be submitted in writing. We will not cancel a reservation without written notice.

Cancellation Notices may be sent to reservations@gulfbeachresort.com or sent via fax to: 941-388-1312. The penalties for not properly or timely cancelling reservations are detailed below.

Cancellation Policy Dates: For arrival dates from 5/1– 1/31 a fourteen (14) day written cancellation notice is required. For arrival dates from 2/1 – 4/30 a thirty (30) day written cancellation notice is required. If a guest is unable to honor the reservation, or does not show up, the guest will be charged the entire amount due if a reservation is not cancelled according to the policy outlined above. This deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled in accordance with the above-stated cancellation policy. The deposit held will be refunded within 10 business days, after receipt of the written cancellation notice.
