Rental & Cancellation Policies

All rates are based on 1-2 persons. Extra person charge is $8/person/day. Children under 12 stay free.

Cancellation policy: Thirty (30) days in Season, and two weeks (14) days OFF Season. A refundable deposit of $250.00 is required on rentals of one week or more. The deposit will be charged to your credit card when the unit is reserved, and refunded if cancelled within the regulations.

Rates & Unit Number is subject to change. SORRY, NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED.

We offer Motel Rooms, Small Studios, Large Studios, One bedroom apartments, 2 bedroom apartments, a one bedroom gulf front apartment & a two bedroom gulf front apartment. See About Us for Unit Descriptions.

If you book on line for the day that you arrive, you must call the office to verify arrival.
